Coconut can be used in a vast array of dishes, savoury to sweet! I just can’t get enough of it, be it coconut milk, desiccated coconut or coconut oil.
Why don’t you try stirring some desiccated coconut into some natural yoghurt, along with a dash of lemon juice! Mmmmmm….Tasty!
