A holiday in Tenerife’s warm climate of 20 degrees Celcius made me wish for a cooling beverage. I was given the tastiest mango shake I had ever had, which naturally, I tried to recreate; here’s my version…
Ingredients:
- 250ml of mango pulp
- 2 tbsp of greek yogurt
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 150ml of milk
Method:
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor
- Serve cold, and garnish with a sprig of mint
