Refreshing mango shake

A holiday in Tenerife’s warm climate of 20 degrees Celcius made me wish for a cooling beverage. I was given the tastiest mango shake I had ever had, which naturally, I tried to recreate; here’s my version…


  • 250ml of mango pulp
  • 2 tbsp of greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 150ml of milk


  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor
  2. Serve cold, and garnish with a sprig of mint
