This week’s ingredient of the week is:

ASPARAGUS

This delicious seasonal ingredient has a distinctly nutty taste. It is delicious sauteed, with a simple seasoning of sea salt and cracked black pepper. Try this alongside some herby mashed potato and some roast chicken, along with other roasted veggies for a classic roast dinner!
