This week’s ingredient of the week is:

CORIANDER

Coriander is a delicious vibrant herb that can be used to flavour many dishes. This leaf works particularly well with spicy Asian dishes, as it cools down the heat. It can easily be grown in the ground or in pots from seed, as it is a particularly hardy plant. Try using coriander in a delicious coriander and mint chutney!
