This week’s ingredient of the week is:

NEW POTATO

These delicious, seasonal potatoes are just yummy. Whether sauteed in a little butter along with some rosemary and thyme, or simply sliced and incorporated in a lovely potato salad, new potatoes are sure to satisfy! If you’re feeling adventurous try some delicious twice baked new potato bites!
