My Grandad is fortunate enough to have his own allotment, in which he grows an abundance of vegetables. Earlier on this week when I went to visit him, he gave me a butternut squash which is already one of my favourite vegetables. Hence, I decided on this as this week’s very autumnal star ingredient. Try dicing the squash and then roasting the cubes in the oven with a few herbs, to create the most delicious accompaniment to any roast dinner
