Makes approx. 10 large crepes


  • 300ml Milk
  • 125g Flour
  • 30g Melted Butter
  • 20g White Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • Pinch of Salt


  1. Combine Flour, Sugar and Salt in a large bowl
  2. Gently whisk in Eggs, Butter and Milk in a slow stream
  3. Heat up a large pan until VERY hot, then turn the heat down to medium
  4. Ladle batter onto pan, wait until it turns opaque, and gently use a palette knife to flip over, and cook for 20 seconds
  5. Enjoy with your favourite toppings
