Makes approx. 10 large crepes
Ingredients:
- 300ml Milk
- 125g Flour
- 30g Melted Butter
- 20g White Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- Pinch of Salt
Method:
- Combine Flour, Sugar and Salt in a large bowl
- Gently whisk in Eggs, Butter and Milk in a slow stream
- Heat up a large pan until VERY hot, then turn the heat down to medium
- Ladle batter onto pan, wait until it turns opaque, and gently use a palette knife to flip over, and cook for 20 seconds
- Enjoy with your favourite toppings
